I’m genuinely sorry you’re not happy with your bag and will send you a refund, but the bag would also need to be returned to me. If you’re interested let me know. natcat78 @laurjane25 I didn’t block you, you actually did. I can send you the picture of what the stain is. I don’t want a full refund but I do want some of the money back since a-you lied about it being new and b-I have to take it to be cleaned as I wanted the purse hence why I bought it.

natcat78 @laurjane25 additionally you seem to fail to comprehend. Issue isn’t that you didn’t answer emails. It’s that you keep saying you’ll do something, forget to do it and then conveniently your family needed you every single time. You are not responsible at all. It happens every single time. Plus you lie about condition of the items.
