Welcome to Naps & Nites Studio, Hand Dyed Silk Scarves, Ponchos and Accessories. Everything here has been created by the artist, Lorie S McGirr (formerly Burnett) and no two are ever alike. All are signed, dated and come with a hang tag with care instructions as well as size and type of silk. My work has been in stores and galleries across the US as well as sold directly to my customers. I use a technique called Shibori to create my pieces where each one is hand wrapped, then hand dyed.
