emercee @mountainwalkers it’s always a little difficult starting out and learning the process. You’ll be a pro in no time. If you’re having problems with the pics fitting, put your phone camera on square mode and they’ll fit perfectly.

mountainwalkers @emercee thank you for responding.I was trying to use the pics already in my phone to prevent from having to retake pics. But Poshmark would not allow the full pic because the pics are not square to begin with. So I retook them, and now when I go to edit them, it only says replace or delete.. :( this is very time consuming as apposed to other sites. Thank you so much for your time

mountainwalkers @emercee good evening dear..yes I do have a question. I have several items listed, but one in particular is a John molloy wool sweater. When I type in the search for molloy wool sweater it doesn’t show up. I’ve tried other ways as well. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve only sold one item. :(. Thank you so much

emercee @mountainwalkers Yes,, I too tried searching for my listings with no luck and then realized, I had “my size” set in the search,, which was not the same size as my listing therefore it didn’t show up. Try unchecking “my size” and check all sizes. Hope that helps you.

emercee @mountainwalkers Hmmm, I have not been having any issues. Maybe try emailing poshmark. The only thing I can think of is making sure your app is updated if you use the mobile version. Hope you can get your stuff listed soon.
