@slp322 Hi Shirley. Taking you up on that offer to help: I am downsizing my closet and found several items that are without tags but barely worn. I’m not sure I have the savvy to style pose each one (workout clothing, Calvin Klein power suit, NWT Nine West dress, frilly Spring dresses, etc). I’m also nervous about posting for the first time. Thinking about price point and replies and cover shots feels a little overwhelming. Suggestions for a newbie??! 🙏🏽🤷🏽♀️😬

@slp322 I read the guide (and etiquette) article and I had the impression it was better to have a real person wear the items... I see some posts with gorgeous lighting and Vanity cover backgrounds! 😬🙃 If that’s not the Posh way to success, then white doors and push pins and hangers sound great! What’s been your experience with items selling better when you “stage” them?

@slp322 well, I was packing all day to move but I would love your feedback on my pictures?? One lesson learned is that I may need to take picture in the natural light of morning/mid day because none of the shots in my house seems to pick up the detail of the material.

Psyched! It’s 28% below my asking price on a nice EUC Kate spade purse. Take the first sell and celebrate or hold out and try to learn about bargaining? It’s been shared several times and I think the lowest I can go is $15%off. What’s your suggestion?!

@nao_l I would still hold out! How long has it been on posh? :) you might not get exactly 15% but closer to what your asking it in the middle. Don’t cut yourself short

@slp322 I dropped a dollar and she raised $5. Listed at $55 and the offer is $45. I know you said price high for negotiation room... I thought 15% would be my bottom and we’re at 18% now. Thoughts?

@slp322 Wow. 🤔😧You sold that skirt at 63% off the original price and still made a profit??! I paid full price for the purse bc my friend required it for her wedding so that would be a tough price drop for me to swallow. I googled the purse on kate spade and another online store... it retails for $88 NWT on eBay. While not new, because I barely used it I think my price is a steal.
