Hi Nancy this is Tina Franck I made a mistake on a current sale in my closet and use the shipping label I had to send you the sweater for the new sale. If you receive the package could you please return it to me? I'm going to see if Poshmark will send a label. I hope they just return it to me.

@tina51968 Hi Tina! π Yes, of course. This happened before with another vendor & I was instructed to refuse-return it. I will do the same for this package & let you know once I do so. I have not received anything as of today.

@tina51968 Hello. I just wanted to update you that I have yet to receive the item you said you had sent me in error. I received an email from Poshmark last night with instructions and a return shipping label. I am not sure if you received a delivery confirmation but I have not received the item so it's concerning to me. I really hope the item is either received or located. I have every intention of returning it if I do receive it. -Nancy

@tina51968 Hello Poshmark Management,
This message is regarding order # 58a71d1ba8ecb5904b3f0d7e, case # βͺ2915417β¬. A Poshmark representative by the name of Marissa contacted me by email on Sunday 3/19 with a return label, requesting that I return the incorrectly received item. I responded to the email and did not receive any kind of acknowledgement.

@tina51968 I was really concerned for the seller & her lost item. It wasn't until today that it occurred to me that at the time I made a purchase from this seller I was still at my former address so I requested to access my former, locked mail box and after some challenges I was authorized to do so & luckily the item was in fact in my former mail box. I consider myself a great Poshmark customer & did not want my integrity to be in question, nor did I want the seller to be out her money and item.

@tina51968 I feel that Poshmark could have made better efforts to research & find that I had since changed my address & that is why I never received the item. I also would have appreciated some kind of acknowledgement to my reply. Thankfully I was able to retrieve the item & I will be shipping it back to the seller as soon as possible (will try to do so tomorrow) using the return label that was e-mailed to me.

@tina51968 You are very welcome, Tina! π I'm sure there are some sketchy people on here so to an extent I can understand how Poshmark proceeds but I definitely also think there couldn't been more research & communication. I love Poshmark, so I also hope we both have better future experiences.

@tina51968 communication. I will do my best to go to the post office tomorrow. I work 8-5 (post office hours) with several meetings going on tomorrow & the post office is not close by but I promise to ship it no later than Thursday, noon (my lunch hour). I'm just glad that it turned up!! πΊβΊ

@tina51968 Hi Tina! So I shipped the package today during my lunch, as promised. Only, I wasn't able to make it all the way to the post office. The mail drop off location that I used indicated only one pick up time daily of 10AM PST! So... you should receive a confirmation of its location, in route, by tomorrow. π I included a little note under my shipping label to your buyer, I hope she sees it!
