@jordancarrillo the necklace is gorgeous but I was getting it for a present and when I received it it didn't have the box with it that's the only problem I have with it but I love the necklace

@mrshamp10 i don’t think they charge for cleaning, i never was charged. Or you can go to a local jeweler they can clean it
