morganlynne28 @carblueheaven I’m shocked to hear that considering I thoroughly inspect everything and I know for a fact there were know defects to that shirt. But if you state that there is a hole and the order is not what you expected then you will need to open up a case with Poshmark in order to get a refund and then send the shirt back to me. I would suggest doing so as soon as possible because I believe you only have 3 days after the order arrives to request a refund.

morganlynne28 @carblueheaven you need to go into the order and it will say “problem with order” and you will select “order is not as described” I do apologize but it must go through Poshmark, I have no way of offering a refund if it’s not through Poshmark.

morganlynne28 @carblueheaven I reached out to Poshmark to see what could be done and they stated that once you accept the package and the funds have been released the sale is final and it cannot be reversed or refunded. They did say that you- the customer- can reach out and they can better assist you.

morganlynne28 @carblueheaven I appreciate you wanting to send the package back but I am not comfortable posting my mailing address for everyone to see and I have no way of offering a refund. Again I truly do apologize and I wish Poshmark was easier to deal with when it came to returns.
