chesneym731 @perfectlyposhed hi there. I was mostly frustrated that the color of the item shown in the pictures was different than what arrived. I rarely leave negative reviews but I found this to be very frustrating as I was purchasing the item as a gift. However, I have no hard feelings and I know mistakes can happen sometimes.
