samim825 Hello. I bought these wholesale through the Poshmark website. So.....? I am confused. I made now replica and certainly do not appreciate your approach to your concern. They are labeled by the brand from whom I bought them. Beside my closet I have come across these in multiple closets here on Poshmark.

samim825 So either way I will remove if it has a copyright and all but Poshmark tends to be pretty good about these things. I certainly do not like to be involved in any type of conflict. I am just totally taken back by the tone of communication. Like I'm going around making replicas of someone else's patches...? A nice & simple "this is my art for which I have a copyright. Please take it down." Would suffice. They haven't sold in a year and a half so I have no profit hold the lawyers back please.

moongoddessmrkt @samim825 many people purchase cheap replicas from China and resell them here. If you purchased them here or anywhere else it does not change the legal implications. I messaged you before starting a legal document to give you the chance to remove them without the bad standing Poshmark will give you. In the future before you buy cheap items google it to be sure it’s not a replica.
