me2u209 @carlissajames hi I have been trying to follow up on the status of the mix up I reported. Poshmark says they will send both buyers instructions on how to swap items, but I can’t see anything reported. Have you heard from them?

me2u209 @carlissajames I just found an email from posh mark, you should have received a shipping label in your account, please print the label and replace it on the box, and drop it off to the post office or any place they accept boxes for US post office. The other person has received a mailing label and is going to ship your item directly to you. Thank you

Poshmark hasn’t sent me anything or a notification that they were mailed probably because I already “accepted” them. I’m sure they have received the necklace by now, I mailed it on Tuesday. Thanks.

Shouldn’t have to ask someone three times to return something especially after they have their item. Have a feeling you’ll be refunding my money and I’ll be looking on your site for another pair. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ I appreciate you trying to make it right 🥰
