alwaysdressed @mistyg7275 hi, We have never talked off site to anyone. That situation just has not come up. If you’re working on site you have a Posh‘s backing,off site or you don’t, so I would be cautious. There are scammers out there. Hope this helps. Lynda @alwaysdressed

cerieu Good morning Misty! I prepared your package yesterday and found a tiny nick on the dress that wasn’t there when I gave it to the dry cleaner as I was packing your shipment. The dry cleaner made a nick as they pressed the dress. I noted this problem in the letter I sent out to you with the shipment.

cerieu I shipped it anyway thinking I could give you a partial refund, but Poshmark customer support says that I can’t issue a partial refund and I have to cancel the order or contact customer first. I didn’t do that because I thought I thought I could give you partial refund. I am TRULY sorry for my mistaken thought and if you want to return it, I will be more than glad to receive it back to me.
