justtheirmom @shell999 it's not just "not working" the zipper tab is broke and teeth on the zipper are missing. The jeans were buttoned when I received them but not zipped.

justtheirmom @shell999 the package was not damaged and the jeans were still folded neatly therefore I don't believe they were damaged during shipment. The jeans are unusable. How would you like to remedy this?

shell999 @justtheirmom Just floored to hear it’s not working when just before I washed them to ship, zipper worked fine. Those jeans have been lovingly worn for a year and not even one time did the zipper even catch. I just shipped yesterday and noticed you received same day. Do you live local to Arnold area?
