The fact that you knowingly treated a 100% disabled veteran’s family- in financial difficulty with a shameful quality item, like this, i am speechless. Though the design is distressed, would not expected something in shreds, in filthy condition.

adiemus515 As your sent item, it was in terrible, if not unacceptable condition. I’m wondering if it was from a donation bin from some well known donation place . For the future, you might need to consider raising the bar SIGNIFICANTLY, as far as the condition and cleanliness of the sent items.
