lilu925 Hi @mvhd ! Thanks for the comment about the Burberry coat. I noticed you changed the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Thank you- I really appreciate that. In regards to the zipper it has always been that way since I bought it. It's a little tricky but once you get the hang of it it's easy! It is not a defect! My apologies for any marks - I checked it over and it looked good to me. I'm also a mom of 3 little ones ranging from 5mo-4yrs! Wishing you all the best and enjoy the coat! 💜

mvhd @lilu925 I'm glad you didn't take my message too harshly. Someone gave me 3 stars and no reason. I asked why and she said the Lilly dress didn't fit her. It was new! So crazy!
