Okay I got the same message. I also sent them a message inquiring how we will be reimbursed. I just want to make sure you and I get our money back, because I have no idea where that jacket is and I doubt it will get to you which I am so sorry about. I have no idea what happened.

Hello. I purchased an item from you almost 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from you. I am holding off on cancelling because I have been looking for this item for a really long time and haven't been able to locate it anywhere else. I am willing to wait, if there is an issue. @pamelawick Please STOP commenting. I absolutely did nothing to the items I received. I immediatelycontacted customer support and not once did I comment publicly in an effort to not detour future sales. The note included in the package stated the items were in storage and needed to be "dry cleaned". The note was an accurate discription of the contents.

@pamelawick Upon opening the package, the contents had a foul odor of decay. The items were covered in animal hair and the packaging contained a dead moth. The jacket had a stain on the back arm not noted in the posting.

@pamelawick this is the response I received from poshmark customer support instructing me to not return the items. We are sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations. After reviewing this case, we have decided to compensate both parties. Please keep the item as a gift from us, to do with as you wish - no need to worry about returning it. We have refunded you, while also providing the seller with their earnings, as part of the protection we provide each of our users.

@pamelawick the north face jacket was not new by any means. You sold it for $30. It had an improfection as noted on the sleeve. There were evident signs of wear, obvious peeling on the fabric, and a stain on the back shoulder. Had it not been for the unnoted stain on the back and the foul odor of decay, it would have been ok.
