Hi there! Thank you for liking the Gucci purse on my page..all items are open for negotiations if your interested in making an offer. I’m new to Posh so I’m still trying to figure out how offers work and what not. Call me old school but I believe in good old fashion back and forth to make a deal both parties agree to. I haven’t figured out how the offer process works when someone likes an item so I just reach out directly and open the dialogue.

Hi Michele, reaching out for some help. I’m Stephanie also a Posh Ambassador. I don’t know all the answers all the time. This is one of the times. I have a buyer who has built quite a bundle and I gave her a really good price just to clean out my closet. It has not shown up on mine up in my sales closet.

She said her card was rejected. When I went back there is nowhere for her to accept my offer. So I’ve got myself all confused in the process. I have written her several times. I’ve also written part support a day ago and have not gotten an answer. What would you suggest? Thank you, stuff and then

@sehenkel Hi, If she accepted the offer and her payment was rejected it would also send you a notice that her payment did not go through and they let the buyer know so she can update her cards. The offers Last for 24 hours as far as I know so maybe have to unbundle and rebundle if she is still wanting to buy. If someone likes an item and you send an offer, but they don't see it until after the 24 hours they have to unlike the item and relike it for you to send that offer again.

@thebluedress77 hi, i just wanted to reach out to you because the size 32 joey twisted flare jeans that you shipped have been stuck in a facility in PA and the tracking hasn’t been updated since the 10th. i tried to reach out to usps and they told me to reach out to the sender because there’s not much they can do here in Anaheim. I was wondering if you could reach out to usps in your state and see what’s going on with the package? Thank you so much, sry for the inconvenience xx

@colorways1 I provided a receipt to Poshmark from the post office for proof I shipped. You got a refund and I got paid. And here you are pissed you got refunded and want the shorts too. They may still come to you even though it’s coming considered a lost package by the PO. Not me. If you have any other questions take it up with Poshmark.
