azstylist65 hi Melissa! This is Jane who was sending you the Danskin top for delivery today. And I'm pretty sure you're received a pants suit instead! And I am so so sorry somehow that day I got the address labels mixed up with another package. Do not accept the delivery because the other person opened a case with support and I will figure out how to get you your package and she gets hers. Again I am so so sorry this is my worst nightmare

azstylist65 @uriamshine yes it was an honest mistake, I am almost to the point of OCD when packing up packages, so this was the first time. Unfortunately this lady is furious with me. It can be fixed. Even when you contact support, in the case opening they say it happens and can be fixed. I will let you know as soon as I hear from support as to how I can switch packages for you two. and thank you for understanding the situation, knowing it happens oh, it's not the end of the world.

azstylist65 hi Melissa, the other party has not responded so I sent another message today but I'm confused. on the other package I found another tracking number but when I pull that tracking number it says the package was delivered on July 19th in Kentucky. So I'm confused here, what state are you in?

azstylist65 so I finally got a response from her, she said she sent it out last week but there is no shipping showing on the tracking of it. But I just sent a message in to support because they're the ones that know the tracking number not me

azstylist65 I don't know if Posh support has reached out to you but I finally got a response from them. and it's not the response I wanted to hear! They are canceling the sale so you get your money back. I really wanted them to provide a tracking number to confirm if it actually was shipped out or not. The other party said they did yet the tracking number provided that it has not gone out. I am really so sorry about all of this I thought Posh support would be more Cooperative at this point.
