I’m an 80s girl and my closet will lean towards a more “preppy” traditional feel to items. bstbyjos Hi Melissa. I'm new (4 days) and have a question. I read in PM etiquette that a "like" is not an invitation to send the person a discounted offer of their liked item. But I get offers from more than half the items I liked or shared. Which do people expect? An I missing sales by not sending offers for likes from peeps?

houseofisabel @bstbyjos hi there! It’s actually the opposite. Poshmark encourages you to send offers to likes ( OTL)! And they will even prompt you to do so when you review the news icon on your app! And yes, by not doing so you are missing out on sales opportunities! Some send out OatL weekly but I do mine daily. It really depends on your preference! Best of luck!

I accepted your offered of $22 + $5.95 shipping total before tax was $27.95. I noticed after excepting delivery, I was billed full price $30 + shipping $7.95 + tax can you please reimburse me the difference I was charge $40.21.

houseofisabel @glamaffair hello! I’m glad you enjoy the jacket ( I loved it too! Worked for the company for almost 8 years back in the early 2000s). I contacted Poshmark support and they advised you contact them directly. They looked at the transaction and apparently stead of accepting the offer, you selected buy now. I told them I fully support them refunding you the offer and shipping difference as it was a simple mistake. Please let me know when you hear back them! Look forward to hearing from you.
