kimberlybphoto hey Melissa. I’m sorry you felt that our transaction was 4 out of 5 stars. Your remarks mention I could improve on item cleanliness, ship time, item description and packaging. I shipped within 2 days and when i couldn’t ship next day I messaged you. I always wrap in tissue and ship priority. Was the description of them being worn but in great used shape not accurate?
