lemanzor @cloudstrife3485 I called them and they said that it probably wasn’t scanned because I put it in the large bin instead of handing it to a cashier. It won’t be scanned until the next location. And also that things are slow everywhere due to Covid. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but that’s all the info they gave me.

cloudstrife3485 dear miss melissa,i found our culprits after all,if you do not turn it into the person,it goes into direct mail and is not tracked correctly due to high volume handling is by automatic standards,even if u pay for the shipping correctly dropping in those bins doesnt mail it right,so i wanted to share what i learned today
