intelliblondie @yiddyj Working on that. They needed a photo of the label on the pkg. I didn't get a chance to send it to them yesterday as I worked a very long day but am about to send it to them shortly. I submitted a customer service inquiry as opposed to what they told you to tell me to do bc that would've screwed up your profile info if I had done that.

intelliblondie @yiddyj They sent me a label to send them back to you. I indicated how **unhelpful** the support response was. It's 1030 pm & I couldn't ship these right now if I wanted to as the package is too large to send when the post office is closed. So hopefully someone in support finds a marble of common sense and sends me a label to ship the item to the buyer. The item is getting sent out in the am; I'll let you know to whom when I do. They've got through tonight to figure out their error.
