shikgupta @mellsbells13 No problem! I'll walk you through it :) Someone purchased your bag, so if you click on your profile (far right icon at bottom of screen in app) and go to "my sales," you'll see who purchased it and when. You can download and print your pre-paid shipping label on the same screen, or you can print the one that Poshmark emailed to you.

shikgupta After you have the shipping label, you just need to package your item (I usually use tissue paper, add a card, and throw in a small extra, but all of those are optional!). You can use any box you have lying around, or you can get free priority mail boxes from the post office. Then you just drop off the package at the PO, and you're all set! You and the buyer can track the package, and the buyer has 3 days after they get it to release the payment for it.

shikgupta Once payment is released, you'll see a green dollar sign icon on your profile screen- you can either request a check from Poshmark, set up direct deposit with your bank, or use your funds to shop on Poshmark! Does that help? Sorry it was such a long answer!

shikgupta @mellsbells13 As long as you keep all communication and everything on Poshmark, you are protected by Poshmark, and so are your sales/purchases. You can always click on the buyer's name to check out their profile- usually ppl who buy more $$$ items have a prior history of purchases that you can look at by clicking on "about" and scrolling down to their "love notes."

shikgupta For items over $100, I usually take pictures or video while I'm packaging the item just in case there is any discrepancy about its condition when the buyer receives it. Personally, I've never had an issue with this and I've sold >100 items, but I know other Poshers have, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
