debwes Hey Meghan. I got the bag but I am going to open a return. The bag is quite scratched up and for some reason it appears to have been used. The strap has a couple of areas where it is bent and wrinkled and this os what usually happens when it is used. I see your new so I’m sorry 😞 to have to return it but I did specifically ask you about scratches and dents and such and you said there weren’t any. Thank you

campbellwed101 @debwes of course you are welcome to return it however it is definitely new. I can’t account for what happened in transit. Since the strap is secured for as long as it’s been produced there will be a bend- I moved the buckle to secure it for shipping so that is why there is a potential bend in the strap.

debwes @campbellwed101 I don’t know. But it’s really scratched up and there are some pretty good ones on the side. I know this kind of leather gets scratched easily so maybe it wasn’t treated gently?

campbellwed101 @debwes yes I’m sad because it definitely was not scratched when I sent it out. I’m going to assume transit was not easy on it but I did attempt to secure it in the tissue and added extra to the box to protect it.
