mimikim1234 @megkryzer Hi meg! ☺️ I opened up the beads just now, and noticed one of the stones in the swirling hearts looks really yellow and discolored. I can't try to clean it now, but I will when I get home tonight. If it doesn't come off, can I send this one back to you and exchange it for the other one you have?

mimikim1234 @megkryzer I got a better look at it under some light. I think it's just something around the stone. Maybe it's just some tarnish and the stone is reflecting it. I don't think these crystals can discolor? I think it will be ok, but I'll be back in touch tonight. Thanks so much for everything. ☺️😘

megkryzer @mimikim1234 I'm looking at the bead right now and this is just a real tricky one to clean! I'm guessing the one I have here looks similar to the one you have in that there is a hard to reach, kind of inner ring behind the hearts design...if that makes sense.

mimikim1234 @megkryzer Yeah, I see what you mean. It seems something maybe be wrong with the stone itself, like the surface of it chipped or something. I cleaned the surface, and it doesn't sparkle at all like the others on the same side. And it's really yellow.
