missmegan101 @nurseanita54 hello, unfortunately I have no control over that. You need to contact poshmark. I’m sure they don’t mention this but I don’t get paid until 3 days after you receive your item. So I also have no hat and no money. I will try to reach out to customer service again and see if we can resolve this.

spacevermin @missmegan101 unfortunately, as it seems it has happened to many buyers before me, I had to cancel my order because it was never shipped and my three messages went unanswered despite being active on Poshmark after I messaged. I wish I had known this store was not going to ship, as I needed the dress for an event.
