jypsyz4ever Posh is a brand new platform for us as you can tell and finding my way around sometimes proves frustrating such as just getting back to the case history so I could respond to your question about the return from your review. It truly is a maze that is hard to navigate through esp for newbies lol. I do wish I could of had a better understanding of it all before making my first mistake 🤭 as it turned into a huge mess.

jypsyz4ever I'm still trying to figure out what to expect so far as what happens when these things happen and how they are corrected via the case history etc. Generally there would be a way to send a return label so you could send back the item sent in error but idk how posh handles this and/or how to initiate this.

I am so upset abt messing up I'm just all flustered..I truly hate messing up!! I have another one here I could send you but idk how we proceed.
