meganmacdon @skcain hi! I'm pleading with them too! The shoes were mismarked but I really wanted to keep the jacket. I didn't know they wouldn't let me return just the product mis marked. Let me confirm they issued me a full refund and then I'm happy to send $ if they won't help us fix it!
