prevola Omg I am losing my mind from this now.. poshmark isn’t treating this as an exchange.. they are treating this as a return..I am waiting for an answer from them.. that’s the email they sent me.. did you get one also? I told them it was an exchange NOTa return... let me get an answer and get back to u asap..I am so sorry. These shoes are normally $150 and they are brand new from the factory So they are worth it.i promise.. Ugh..I am so So So sorry..

prevola @synaesthoenix I just recieved an answer from postmark support... they are going to refund your money..I so apologize for this mess..I will add a nice present as an I am sorry if you want to try this again..I will send this out myself sometimes help isn't helpful .. But she is normally on top of things..I will relist them..these shoes run $1 50 they are brand new in the original box..I am just having a ginormous sale with what's going on..rent must be paid..so sorry again
