kitcat513 Hi Mary! Just wanted to check in and see if you saw my messages yesterday about the package mixup. When you do receive your package, make sure to open it up right away (it will probably be an Natalie Martin dress) and please open a ‘case’ with Poshmark and let them know you received the wrong item. Your boots should be on their way back to me and as soon as I receive them I will let you know and you can decide if you are still interested in them. Again so so sorry about this Mary.🌸😊💗Cat

marymacit @kitcat513 OK I will check. I think it will arrive tonight. It’s crazy, I have had a hard time buying Frye boots! One pair I ordered from Frye and they sent me two mismatched boots, then I ordered two pair from Amazon and one was a completely different pair of shoes and one pair had been worn already. I’m at a hotel without a car, so it’s tricky to ship things but I’ll see what I can do.

kitcat513 @marymacit So basically what happens next is once you receive the dress and file the case for receiving the wrong item, Poshmark will cancel your order and refund your money once I receive the package back. Once I get the boots back I will check them over and then relist them, unless you are interested in re-purchasing them. I will reach out to you once I receive the boots back. Thanks Mary.🌸💗Cat

kitcat513 @marymacit Absolutely, once I have the boots back I will have you add them to a bundle so that I can give you the discount and free shipping. You should be able to go on your PM account and update your address so that the shipping label will have the address you want on it. I definitely don’t want you to have any more trouble getting these frye boots! Stay well.💕

kitcat513 @marymacit Hey Mary, I just made comments on the open case confirming it was my error and ask them to quickly turn this around. We have to wait for Poshmark to approve & send you a prepaid return label.Honestly they are running a little slow right now so it could be later today or might be as late as tomorrow.I am so glad you got the package though.Thanks Mary!

marymacit @kitcat513 I am leaving the package with the hotel so they can try “return to sender” and if that doesn’t work, I will try sending them the label. I can’t bring it with me, my luggage is so full and I’m flying home.

kitcat513 @marymacit Hey Mary, tracking shows it’s out for delivery! Poshmark only offers the 2 day delivery & it’s been running closer to a week+ lately so prob impossible to get it to you by Tuesday. They do not offer any other mailing option that I am aware of. But if you go ahead and add any item from my closet into a bundle, we can talk more easily about potential options to get it to you. Thanks Mary!🌸Cat
