Hi @ree126 I am so sorry to see that the strap was broken on the purse! I didn’t even notice it as it’s been sitting in my closet never used. It may have come that way but since I didn’t use it I never noticed. I would have been more than happy to give you a refund if you had requested it. I would never want someone to receive a defective item and pay for if. Again I apologize and am so disappointed that happened
