dorenratcliff @msmariapapas Hi Maria, Just to give you update; I packed Cissy yesterday and took her to the USPS today only to discover the box was too big. I thought I was doing a wonderful job, but this evening I need to repack her and ship tomorrow. Sorry about the delay.

dorenratcliff Hi Maria, Cissy shipped today! Yay! A lesson was learned for myself; I'm not going to be able to ship anything that large again. I'm so happy that you will have her with you! Thanks again for being patient with me on this new shipping experience of box size🤣

dorenratcliff @msmariapapas Oh, absolutely the box is with her, in fact she has never been taken out of the box. I wouldn't have dreamed of not sending the box without communicating it to you! It shows a delivery of Saturday, but it could be tomorrow. It shows that she is at the Anaheim distribution center as of this afternoon. I used a heavy box and put "do not crush" all over it so hopefully she will arrive safe! Thanks for your communication. 😊

msmariapapas @dorenratcliff thanks for your packaging and your surprise. You didn’t need to do that but it was very sweet. I do want to tell you the doll did fall apart in Shipping but that’s probably because the rubber band that holds it together broke, maybe broke from age I don’t know. Either way I gave you a good rating anyway. I think I know a local lady who could put her back together. Thank you again, Stella
