susann13 I am measuring it from the end of the hanger where the shoulder would sit. From where the shoulder should sit it is approximately 24” to the end of the sleeve. It is a raglan sleeve so the shoulder seam is lower than the shoulder. The seam is about 3 inches from where the shoulder sits. If the sleeve is too long it can be cuffed up.
