hotsparkle l truly apologize for the zipper being broken....the shoes have been in a storage container for awhile. l had someone send you the shoes because of my work schedule....l will be more than happy to refund you your money or send you another pair of shoes. l take great pride in what l sell...l'm a 5 star seller. Is the zipper broken or zipper pull missing?

hotsparkle Looking back at pics....l see a pull on left shoe and right shoe. So it must have came off while being stored. Again what would you like to do?

sydmom31 @hotsparkle no pic y have post shows the zipper pull on both shoes. I see something silver on the 1st pic which indicates that something is wrong considering the zipper on the other shoe is black not silver. I'll check to see how much it would be to add a zipper pull, If it's to expensive then yes I would like a refund.

hotsparkle I have hundreds of shoes that are in storage bends, so things happen, l have no problem correcting any situation, but a 1 star...i do remember the shoes being in good condition. There are many do it yourself videos to put on a zipper pull...let me know if you need further assistance.
