shoppinfever Hi Margaret. I am very sorry the item you purchased was not up to your standards. If you look back, you will see that it was advertised as NWOT (new WITHOUT tags). It was new & had never been used. I thought it was Lilly, since I have a Lilly top in the same pattern. I have had only had 5 star ratings, before today : /
