holymoonlight Greetings, I've just received your return item back today. I checked out your issues and did a little research on the clothing material. What you smelled was not of cigarettes (none of us smoke) but the fabric material: spandex and polyester. Sometimes companies use formaldehyde as a fabric finish to give all sorts of useful properties like wrinkle-resistance. I'd had the item for six months as in sealed up in plastic like you'd get from an online store. I'm sorry the fabric gave you trouble xx

holymoonlight I wanted to add, polyester sucks up moister the moment you take it out of a bag (the bag was opened) even if you wear it for 20 minutes just like soccer jerseys they'll absorb sweat like crazy in hot weather. Cheers ^__^
