Hi! This is the seller of the kate spade earrings you purchased. The item was returned to sender as the usps said there was not an accurate address on mailing that was provided by poshmark. You may want to contact poshmark with a corrected address so that when item returns to me i can follow pm instructions regarding reshipment. Thanks!

@mai2mai hi! Thanks for responding! Are they going to forward the item to you correctly now? If its too late for them to do that, you will want to ensure that the address is updated in the system to the correct one soon, as when/if it is returned to me poshmark will provide me with an updated label to remail. Sorry for the troubles and let me know if Poshmark gives you anymore info i may need. Thanks!

@mai2mai ok. No problem. So you are aware, as a seller, when a buyer makes a purchase poshmark emails me a shipping label based on the address u listed in the system under your account. It will default to that unless you manually update the address. Due to that, i, as a seller cannot update or change an address on the mailing label. See next

@mai2mai I purely go off what poshmark provides me based on the info you enter in the address section. So you will want to go into your account and confirm/update your address so that i can remail your item to the correct address once it is returned to me. Let me know if u have any other questions! @mai2mai i have contacted poshmark support regarding the matter. Once i hear back from them i will let you know how the matter will be resolved as i require approval from them at this point for the order to be cancelled and for u to be refunded (all of the issues regarding money after and item is shipped are handled by poshmark approval). But i am happy to cancel your order if they authorize it. Sorry for the issues! Dana

Hello again! I sent a message to poshmark support regarding your request for cancellation and refund for item. They informed me that u need to message them yourself regarding your request and they will let you (and me) know how we can proceed at this point. Go through your "my purchases" page to contact PM support. Sorry but poshmark does not give sellers authority to approve refunds. Thanks!

@mai2mai Im very sorry for all the troubles related to this order. But after fully explaining the situation and your requests to cancel the order, poshmark has still instructed me to mail the item back to you and your corrected mailing address. I apologize greatly but and required to follow poshmarks instructions, as a seller on their (see next)

@mai2mai site. As they do not give me as the seller any access to the ability to cancel/refund the order at this point. I recommend that you message poshmark support again to explain your concerns at this point. When is the wedding you are attending as i am in las vegas and relatively close by, so if i ship again, you should get it in just a few days. Sorry again

Hi Maite, just an FYI. i mailed out the package with the earrings and corrected address yesterday. I am not sure whether u will be able to monitor the she shipping progress or not as a new tracking # was created. I havent had this situation prior so i am unsure whether poshmark will update the tracking info or not. But rest assured, it has been remailed. Thanks!
