amila10 Hello hunny. I purchased your purse. I do understand that I returned it. It’s not because I didn’t like it. I guess it just wasn’t what I thought and I apologize. I did write you and you did say you were going to give me a refund. I’ve been waiting for my refund and haven’t received it and it’s been one month.

amila10 I didn’t know the Return policy and I didn’t know that I couldn’t return it. It says I could return it up to the seller. And it said I had to wait 10-14 days hen it said 1/3 days. I never got anything still. I don’t even know if you can or cannot return. I just don’t understand.

amila10 I also contacted Poshmark about this a couple times. I tried getting in contact with you through Poshmark. I just don’t understand. It was my first time returning something. I didn’t know I can’t return. I didn’t know the policy. It says you can return up to seller then it says Poshmark doesn’t allow it. I just don’t kniw

madisonallen514 @amila10 Hi! I received the purse back but I never received anything about you requesting a refund until just now. I never told you that you’d get a refund. I figured Poshmark would eventually contact me on how to give you back money since I don’t know how else to refund you. If you can figure out how I can refund you I’d gladly do that. I will also send the purse back;however, I would have to pay for shipping and that would make me lose money.

madisonallen514 @amila10 I went to ship the purse today and was told it would be over $10. That would make me lose money on this deal as I only made $52 off of the sale. I will send you a check for $52 (what I made) as a refund. I can’t do anything about what Poshmark made on the sale, unfortunately since you accepted delivery on the app.
