He swore up and down he UPS over night and I kept checking waiting for a shipping number. Then he lied said that he didn't receive one. Only to find out tonight he had given me. USPS tracking number which doesn't specify what was shipped. I believe he's lying to all of us.

I'd specifically asked him about overnight...these were my conditions and he'd promised. He then nonchalantly said he was sorry for wrong shipping. I think he's getting a kick out of us asking all the questions. Thing is...no product no money. I'd just shared my experience.

@melissalovell I have a hunch......my intuitions don't stir me wrong. 9 times out of 10 when I feel like something's wrong...it turns out to be so. Why not just be honest instead of lying. That's the first sign of bad business. Leave the decision up to the buyer.

@melissalovell no I paid through Posh so that part I am covered. I told him I weren't going to purchase bc I wouldn't be home to get them plus I specifically wanted them for my bday cruise. He promised he'd ship them to me overnight....only to find out after texting him all day long he had been lying. He never even attempted to ship them UPS overnight:

Super happy about. I guess I went for it bc I knew I'd be guaranteed my product or my money back. But now I leave for my cruise sunday with no CL sneakers. 💔
