It says “case resolved” on the history, but I think they misinterpreted your comment”she received the sweater” as about me, and not the other buyer. I’ve contacted Posh, but not sure what is going to happen and irked. Did the other person say she shipped the cardigan?? They should be able to tell by the tracking on the label.
