Hi Lloyd. Thank you SO much for your purchase! I put your boots in the mail Tuesday morning at my school. I went out to put another package in the mailbox just now and they were STILL in the mail box with the flag up! I am so sorry and have no idea what’s going on. I will take them to the post office right after school today and offer my sincerest apologies. This has NEVER happened before!

They were put in the PO Box at 4:30 and were picked up at 5:30. Again my sincerest apologies. I take great pride in super fast shipping and top notch customer service so this frustrates me greatly.
