Hello just an FYI if you receive a damaged item rather than wait until Poshmark releases funds you should really contact seller . Under sales you can send messages attach photos . Priority mail comes with insurance. I assure you that whatever eyeshadow palette was damaged was not sent out in that condition. It went out in perfect condition. The insurance would’ve covered the damage through Poshmark handles that. Rather than leave me a three rating

Have a nice weekend it’s just troubling you waited days said nothing & then left poor rating . I take great care Packaging using bubble wrap and foam or whatever is necessary as well as padded envelopes or boxes. Unfortunately at times USPS item still get damaged in transit but that is not the sellers fault.Order went out in perfect shape. I’m a top seller & take photos of items prior to shipment . Hope you have a good weekend . 🦋
