lovie1928 Hi I just received my bottle openers and their beautiful; but it wasn't what i was expecting. They didnt come on a chain as advertised in the picture, nor come with the card; so the person receiving the gift understood its purpose. Is there anyway of rushing me an order of 5 cards with the pretty note and some kind of ribbon or pretty chain that was shown so they can hang it?
