abess4 Hi, I just received the Toms anchor shoes. There’s a red mark on the Toms logo of one of the shoes that wasn’t shown in the item photos. I wanted to contact you first before anything.

09patterel @abess4 thats so strange... I don't remember that being there but I did move to its possible something happened in the move that I didn't notice. what would you like to do? I'll refund it. but I'm not sure how to initiate that.
