I have never had a customer give me that many items I need to improve upon. Especially shipping when it went out the very next day. If you could be so kind as to elaborate on what was wrong with the categories you said need improvement, I can serve my future customers better.

I’m still hoping you will take some time to expand on what you said I needed to improve on. I take great pride in my packaging and have received many great comments on it. Everything is either wrapped in a complimentary scarf or tissue paper, tied with curling ribbon and a homemade thank you card. Then in a bubble mailer and regular mailer to fit in the mailbox so thieves don’t see it, or in a box. I know my packaging is stellar. Sorry you didn’t think so.
