I know it smaller than the size listed (XXL), but I wear XL in everything, and the robe did fit me - which is why I noted that it fits like an XL in the listing description. sunflowerx1 Hi Lisa! I'm sorry you were not happy with your purchase. This actually belonged to my niece and was worn only a few times as well as washed, and never had any problems with shrinkage. I would gladly accept a return with a full refund if you're not happy!! I understand sometimes things like this happen, depending on the material or how the garment is made. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience!!

All of the items in my closet are in EUC or better so if you would please explain "icky condition" I would consider issuing you a refund.
