Hey! The Tory Burch purse you bought from me was returned and says it could not be forwarded. There was nothing wrong with the label and it’s well under 5lbs so I’m wondering if there was a problem with your address? I just emailed posh about it so we can get it to you somehow!

@dreamtime98 hi I am so sorry after I purchased I realized it was sent to my old address. I contacted usps and they stated that it was going to forward to my new address as of Friday- so not sure if Poshmark has to send a new address label? Sorry again

@ldimech no problem, I figured it was something like that but was just worried because I saw the status says “pending acceptance” and I didn’t want you to think it wasn’t gonna come! Sounds good though, I’ll let you know when I get the label to reship :)

Hi! I just got the purse you purchased back yet again 😓 I shipped it this last time with the new label posh had given me and everything. I also shipped it quite a while ago so I’m surprised it took this long to come back! Are you in touch with poshmark about this still? I’m not sure where to go from here.
