sallma1 Hi! I was traveling, so I had to open the package for the teapot that I bought from you yesterday. The teapot has a huge chip under the lip, and the lid has two chips and is glued back together. This does not meet your description. I am very disappointed. sallma1 I never accepted the pot. I was traveling and did not have a chance to open the package within the 72 hour window that Poshmark requires for buyers to either accept or open a case if there is a problem with the order. I just missed that deadline.

janex01 Hi Lisa - I’m unable to comment under the Judith Leiber bookmark (as it’s marked as sold) so I have to do it this way. Could you double check your inventory? I’d still like to have the dog one… and I don’t mind returning the other one back to you if there is an easy way to do it - since you should still be able to earn income off of that. I’m just not sure how the process works - let’s see what they determine in terms of next steps? Sorry I had to initiate the process through Poshmark - since there is only a limited window to either accept or raise issues and there is just not enough time in between. Thank you!
