bohohooray I'm so sorry about the delay. I understand why you cancelled. I've been extremely sick. That's why it hasn't been mailed. It's actually sitting right here on the table, already boxed up to go. I just couldn't drive to the post office today. If you're interested in repurchasing, I will send you lots of extra goodies.
