kalexis27 @bkbstar11 - I’m so sorry — you will be receipt the wrong item — jeans — your hat was sent to another posher. She opened a case and is sending me back the hat. Please open a case when you receive jeans and request they be sent back to me so I can get jeans to person who purchased them and Nike hat to you. My printer head died so I sent labels to my mom to print. I think you were both from same state and I accidentally mixed up labels when I picked them up from her. Cont’d

Please accept my apologies and please “open a case” on app and let poshmark know so they can send you label to either send directly back to me or to the buyer. kalexis27 @bkbstar11 - I think on the part where you can “accept” the item under your “purchases” , there’s an option that says problem/inquiry & you can let poshmark know you received wrong item. I selected that on my end but can do anything else further until you open the “case” on your end.

kalexis27 @bkbstar11 - If you go under “my purchases”, select the item you purchased from me (the hat), then click on “problem/order inquiry” — you should have the option to let poshmark know you received jeans instead of the hat. They will then open a case, review it, and send you a label to ship back to me. The other buyer has already done that process and I just received a tracking # that the hat is on its way back to me. Hope this info helps. Kim

I commented on the “case”, so Poshmark should advise you on the next step by sending a mailing label so you can return the jeans back to me.
