mknight3k @lindsayg8s sure! It won’t let me copy and paste the screenshot of exactly what tracking says. Sounds like you’ll definitely need to contact them for redelivery or go pick it up in order for it to say delivered. 🙂

lindsayg8s @mknight3k i went to the post and they were going to charge me $28.69 for postage due so I am not going to be able to get it. I’m so confused!

mknight3k @lindsayg8s what?! That is so crazy. I mailed it with the label that Poshmark sent me. I emailed support but haven’t heard back from them.

lindsayg8s @mknight3k I think the box that was used said Express Priority which I guess increases the price so they wanted to collect it from me 🤷🏻‍♀️ Poshmark responded to me saying that the box will send back to you, then you will have to request another shipping label 🙄 (not totally sure how that goes), and then you will have to package it in another way that doesn’t increase the shipping cost. Thank you for your correspondence. I am still interested in the dress!!

mknight3k @lindsayg8s ok, I’m back from vacation and the dress has been returned to me. I guess I need to list it again so you can repurchase since I assume you weren’t charged? My vacation hold goes through today and I can’t figure out how to get it off, so I’ll be able to repost tomorrow. Sorry about all the confusion. 🙂

mknight3k @lindsayg8s no, no one else bought it. I took it down until I figure out how to proceed. Have you been refunded for the item yet? If not, I was able to print off a new shipping label and can re-send.

lindsayg8s @mknight3k you have to request a new one- that’s what Poshmark customer service told me when I emailed them. Scroll up in our previous messages when I shared what I learned via email. I still “bought” the dress or it’s sold to me, it’s just in limbo right now until I receive it and can accept the order.
